P.J. began serving at CCBC in 2007 as the Associate Pastor of Worship and served as the interim lead pastor before accepting the call to be lead pastor at CCBC in January of 2024.

Family Ministries Pastor
Carl has spent his life ministering in many different settings from military chaplaincy to church planting and joined CCBC ministry staff as our family ministry pastor in 2022.
Cheryl Boswell
Facilities Manager
Cheryl has been facilities manager at CCBC for 22 years. She keeps every part of our building running and is a wonderful and crucial part of everything we do!
Mindi Anderson
Children's Ministry Director
Mindi joined CCBC staff in 2023 with a love for our amazing CCBC kids! She has a background in social services and a heart for the families of our community!

Communications Director
