We know it is a privilege to have your kids with us and we do not take that lightly! All our wonderful CCBC kids min teachers and volunteers are screened by our Kids min director and have gone through a background check. As you arrive at your classroom check out the door plaques to learn more about your teachers and helpers!

CUBBIES (PRE-SCHOOL AGES 3 & 4)
Cubbies is the AWANA Club for preschoolers during the two years prior to regular kindergarten, usually three & four-year-olds. Cubbies is unique because it supports and maintains parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing by directly involving them in the teaching and learning process. Cubbies uses the fundamental AWANA elements of games and activities, Bible memorization, handbooks, and awards.
Cubbies is for potty-trained 3 & 4-year-olds whose parents can commit to remain in the building during AWANA.

Sparks is the AWANA Club for kindergarteners, first-graders, and second-graders. Each club meeting has 3 parts. In Game Time, Sparkies enjoy entertaining games played on the AWANA game circle. During Green Meadow time, Sparkies gather for an age-appropriate Bible lesson. During Sparkle Time, clubbers recite Bible verses from memory, complete handbook sections, and earn awards. Sparky, the friendly firefly, appears throughout the Bible-based materials to encourage clubbers to complete their handbook achievements.

T & T is the AWANA Club for boys and girls in the third through sixth grade. Similar to the structure of the Sparks program, each T & T meeting has 3 parts. During Game Time, clubbers compete in a variety of fun and exciting games on the AWANA game circle. In Handbook Time, clubbers progress though handbook sections that answer fundamental questions about the Christian faith, and back up those answers with selected scripture for memorization. Finally, Council Time allows clubbers the chance to gather together, worship, learn a practical lesson from God’s word, and receive the awards they’ve earned.
T & T Director:
